The Human Heart Society
- In order to become fully human we need to turn away from selfish life styles and become empathetic with suffering mankind
- It implies that we will have to cultivate a discerning perspective and become actively involved in a personal manner
- It entails sharing life enhancing books, films, art and experiences with other like minded people to sensitize our too often one dimensional life styles
- In becoming actively involved in acts of kindness, we are actively becoming part of a subliminal universal calling and our hearts will thus be tuned to the essence of being authentically here and being truelly human
It took a very long time for mankind to start turning away from survival of the fittest into developing a heart that has the capacity to listen and react to others in kindness. The battle hasn't been won yet. We vulnerable humans still tend to have a knee jerk reaction to the dangers we face today. So often we react instinctively to cover us from perceived animosity that unfamiliar people, unfamiliar cultures and different political views bring to our hard fought for space in this often unyielding world. They too react instinctively to cover themselves against what they perceive to be alien others scheming to work them aside or away from the face of the earth.
We would like to think differently about humans living on this beautiful but unpredictable world. We are all family...it's just that we have forgotten about the deep river of our ancestral blood lines that pulse and flow together. If we can only soften our hardened views formed by the need to put some order on the chaotic forces that made and that are still making us cover from all real and imagined dangers and open our developing hearts( and souls) to reach out in empathy to others... If we start approaching life in kindness and let the river of ancient shared experiences lead us to humane pastures, the light of humanity will be blinding the greedy, the cruel, the selfish, the egoistic and shallow exponents pretending to be human beings.
The Human Heart Society is but an active dreamer of a new dispensation. We want to share your views, your anger, your joys, your personal wealth of good books, mesmerizing music, great art, amazing movies and plays with other people visiting this website. And, we will also allow the wild prophets coming out of their caves to start haunting us with ways to better this world we all share. We will have sections where, you the reader, can explore books, music, art etc. but we will also provide you with the opportunity to invest 'social capital' to actively change the lives of abused and suffering children, women, old people for the better. We will not forget about poor men standing on street corners, hiding their pride behind shattered veils to beg for some work to feed their families back at home. We will take up the yoke of all humans suffering...in fact we will take up the 'broken body' of the suffering world and show it to all brothers and sisters who have forgotten their mutual beginnings and the blood that needs to flow together again.
This is a piece meal engineering effort. It will grow and change and we want you to become part of this. Please send us your email contact particulars so that we can inform you as we continue to put new sections together that would stir the human heart to more abundant life. This website will not become the captive follower of any dogmatic or biased ideology, religion or propaganda machine. We have only one objective and that is to stand proudly in this world offering a developing human heart to a world still struggling to break out of biased subjectivity. And the only way to advocate this is to hand our hearts and minds to the suffering people of this world. They are our brothers and sisters, they are our children too, they are our old people too, just as we are the missing part of their hearts too.
