Coastline Properties In South Africa
Coastline properties will continue to be in great demand for the following reasons:
- More and more business people tend to move their business concerns to coastal areas not only to be near harbours but also to combine work and play as they can less and less afford to go on extended holidays and want to enjoy after hours and weekends to the full.
- Younger adults increasingly adhere to the view that a qualitative lifestyle should count more than one where one’s soul is whirled in front of a greed based existence.
- Families tend to buy a holiday home after a few rented holiday excursions in order to create their own atmosphere and where they no longer have to move loads of personal belongings in and out every time. The fact of continuous communal friendships should also not be underestimated.
- People will continue to yearn for a retirement home near the ocean where they can at long last have time to enjoy life to the full. They can furthermore be assured that the children will come visiting!
- Investors who understand the principle of supply and demand will keep on buying into new property developments in coastal areas for the capital gain that normally lies entrenched in the unfolding of the process.
- The human race tends to grow with unabated breath but prime coastal property development cannot keep up. There is only so much property development possible near the coastline and no more.
SUPPLY AND DEMAND? In prime coastal areas - only one answer to that question.
